West Shore Recreation Commission Memorial Fund
This fund was initiated in 2004
by Donna Paradis, Water Workout instructor, to honor the life of Alice Frank, a longtime participant in Water
Workout. Donna wished to enhance the community swimming program that Alice so
enjoyed.
